Everybody has thought about how to get happiness sometime in his life. It usually happens when you have achieved something you wanted to get, for instance a better job or pass your exams or things like that, it is on these occasions when you think that you are the best and you feel overjoyed ,on top of the world or the other way round when you are involved in difficult problems, such as, when you have been sacked, you or your family are suffering from an illness…, you think you don’t deserve this and you feel depressed.
All of us have been one way or another involved in this kind of experiences but we have felt a wide variety of different feelings. Then I think that the question would be, what is the meaning of happiness? How can I get it? Is it something you feel for a long time or a short time?
At this point in my opinion each person has a different sense of happiness because we don’t pursue the same aims and we don’t feel in the same way. A friend of mine would be the happiest woman in the world if she had a baby and my sister is always stressed out because she takes care of her twins all day.
To sum up I think that you need to pay attention to what happens every day around you and pick up everything that makes you feel well because “happiness” only occurs from time to time.
