Amistades Peligrosas Concert

It was one of the concerts  that has impressed me the most. It took place in Oviedo, eight or more years ago.
Amistades Peligrosas wasn’t my favourite  band but,  once there, I enjoyed it a lot.
There wasn’t  an opening act and the concert started on time,  and was a masterful performance.
People said  you could feel an emotional distance between them because of the fact that it was  their last performance before  splitting up, but I noticed a big complicity between  them.
The couple were giving the audience 100% all throughout the concert singing varied pop songs and  giving some powerful renditions of their most popular songs like “Estoy por ti” or “Africanos en Madrid”.
But the best moment took place at the  end of the concert: it was pretty magical. After the encore, the couple  went back on stage and at that point, the atmosphere changed.
Cristina del Valle  was born in Asturias, so they started to sing “Asturias, Patria Querida”.  We were all holding hands while  we  sang the  Asturian anthem. It was really  moving. You can take my word for it.
